What the right of withdrawal is
In accordance with European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days and obtain a refund. On MixEngine AI the right of withdrawal applies to Pro license purchases: once 14 days have passed since the payment, the withdrawal period has expired and the request is no longer possible.
How to submit a request
Select the eligible license (purchased less than 14 days ago), describe the reason and submit. You can only have one request in progress at a time. On this page you follow the status of the case through to the outcome: processed and then refunded to the payment method used for the purchase.
What happens after the refund
With the refund, the Pro license is revoked and the plugin returns to the FREE plan features on the connected devices. The purchase invoice remains available on the Orders page along with the refund documentation.
