Add-ons and credits: how they work
Add-ons are extensions of your plan: each one states what it includes, its duration and its price, in euros or in credits. Credits are the platform's internal currency: you buy them in packages from this page and use them to activate add-ons and AI features. Your credit balance is always visible in the top bar.
Buying the smart way
Larger packages have a lower cost per credit: if you expect regular use, the bigger size pays off; for occasional use, start with the small one. Credits never expire, so you don't risk losing them. If an add-on costs more credits than you have, the page tells you how many are missing.
After activation
Once activated, the add-on appears in "My add-ons" with its status and expiry, and its features are available immediately. Each purchase generates the corresponding invoice on the Orders page.
