Terms of Service

1. Subject Matter

These Terms of Service govern the use of the MixEngine AI software (the "Plugin"), distributed as a VST3/AU plugin for digital audio workstations, and the cloud platform accessible at mixengine.inonda.tv. The Plugin is developed and distributed by GianetMedia di Francesco Giannetta.

2. License

Free version: granted at no cost with limited features (basic analysis, 5 genre profiles). The license is personal, non-transferable, and perpetual.

Pro version (€79, one-time payment): a perpetual license that includes all features (24 genre profiles, advanced analysis, smart hardware detection, lifetime updates). The Pro license can be activated on up to 3 computers belonging to the same user.

3. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send a notice to [email protected]. The refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

The Plugin, including its source code, AI models, graphical interface, and documentation, is protected by copyright law. You may not decompile, disassemble, modify, or redistribute the Plugin. Audio content created by you using the Plugin remains your exclusive property.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Plugin is provided "as is". GianetMedia does not guarantee that the software is error-free or compatible with all hardware/software configurations. In no event shall the total liability exceed the amount paid for the license. GianetMedia is not responsible for any loss of audio data resulting from use of the Plugin.
