Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the MixEngine AI referral program. The program allows registered users to invite new users and earn commissions on activated subscriptions.

1. How it works

Each registered user receives a unique referral link. When a new user signs up through this link and activates a paid subscription, the referrer earns a commission. Commission details (percentage and duration) are shown in the Referral section of your account.

2. Eligibility

To join the program you must: have an active MixEngine AI account; have completed email verification; have no pending Terms of Service violations.

3. Commissions

Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the subscription value purchased by the referred user. Accrued commissions are shown in the Referral section and can be requested for payout once the minimum threshold is reached.

4. Payment

Approved commissions are paid via bank transfer or PayPal within 30 days of an approved withdrawal request. Correct billing details are required to receive payment.

5. Prohibited conduct

The following is prohibited: self-referral or creating fake accounts; using spam or deceptive advertising to promote the referral link; violating third-party platform Terms of Service to promote MixEngine AI.

6. Suspension and revocation

GiaNet Media di Francesco Giannetta reserves the right to suspend or revoke program participation and cancel unpaid commissions in case of violation of these terms or fraudulent activity.

7. Program changes

GiaNet Media di Francesco Giannetta reserves the right to change program conditions (percentages, thresholds, methods) with 30 days notice via email. Already accrued commissions remain unchanged.
